Excellent. 100% recommend Dr. Kajal and the Sleaford Smile Centre. The team are fantastic. The clinic is spotless, the care is outstanding, the team is professional, friendly and have dealt so well my family’s dentophobia! Being an extremely anxious patient, this is the place to be. The staff are lovely! Reassuring, and fun! Everything was explained from start to finish. Having part of my tooth broken away, I needed some emergency treatment before I was due to fly off on holiday. The Sleaford Smile centre were able to get me in within 24 hours. Kajal was very thorough in my examination (with the latest digital technology) and took me through all of the immediate and then aftercare options. Kajal temporarily fixed my tooth so I could enjoy my holiday without a worry. The team there are lovely and caring and nothing is too much trouble. Is there a button for six stars? These guys are the best. I'm an anxious patient but Dr Bathia always puts me at ease with her friendly manner. I can attend appointments with confidence that I'll receive the best treatment, with no pain. Everything is explained to me clearly. After struggling with "dentistphobia" most of my life, it feels great to have found a dentist I can completely trust. Yes, private treatment can seem costly, but I'm a believer in "getting what you pay for", and with this in mind Sleaford Smile Centre actually offer great value. Thank you!

We took my 6 year old daughter to have her teeth checked, she is potentially autistic and we explained this before we arrived. From the moment we arrived the staff were SO kind and patient. The dentist is second to none! She explained everything to my daughter before she did anything, she made it fun, went at my daughters pace, never did anything unless my daughter was happy for her to do so. Exceptional service :) brilliant kind and caring with us adults too!

"I am pretty worried when it comes to dentists. Yet I have a lot of cosmetic work that I would like doing. Before I can have my teeth straightened my regular dentist has told me I need two root canal treatments that I have been putting off for two years.
My dentist recommended Angel at Dentique who is a specialist and I’ve had the first RCT now. Angel was brilliant, he explained everything and even used gel to numb my gum before the injection. So I literally didn’t even feel a thing. Highly recommend anyone needing a root canal treatment to come and see Angel."

Do you accept new patients?
Yes - we welcome new patients and make the onboarding process simple. Just fill out the form above, and we’ll get you booked in.
What if I’m nervous about visiting the dentist?
You’re not alone - many patients are anxious. We take extra time, use gentle techniques, and explain everything clearly so you feel fully supported.
What happens during my first visit?
Your dentist will review your medical history, take a look at your teeth and gums, discuss any concerns, and recommend a personalised treatment plan.
How often should I come for a check-up?
We recommend at least one routine check-up + hygiene visit every 6-12 months (unless advised otherwise).
What if I haven’t been to the dentist in years?
That’s completely OK - we welcome patients returning after a long break. We’ll help you get back on track without judgement.
Do you offer emergency dental appointments?
Yes - we provide urgent care for pain, broken teeth, lost fillings and other unexpected problems.
Are your treatments suitable for older patients?
